I saw this was the top 10 toys on BabyCenter.com and after seeing my friend’s son playing with it so happily, I decided to get it for Matthew. This toy can be stick on a high chair tray with a suction cup. The rattle can be removed from its base for hand-held play. At first, Matthew didn’t respond to it very strongly. He just held on it. After a week, he now loves this toy. He spins it with his little fingers, it’s so cute. This toy is a good choice and great for developing hand motor skills.
